Homemade Valentine's Day Candy

Easy and clean chocolate peanut butter candy that everyone will love.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter only two ingredients peanuts & salt
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup chocolate chips for melting (no sugar added)
  • toppings of your choice
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Equipment

  • 1 medium mixing bowl
  • 1 spatula or spoon
  • Measuring Cups
  • measuring spoons
  • silicone mold, cookie cutter for desired shape

Method
 

  1. Add almond flour, peanut butter and maple syrup to bowl and mix well
  2. Flatten the solid piece of peanut butter and cut into desired shape or pinch off and place into molds
  3. Place in freezer for about 10
  4. While you wait. Melt the chocolate and add in a 1/2 tsp of coconut oil
  5. Coat the peanut butter candies in the chocolate and top with toppings
  6. Pop in the fridge until chocolate has hardened
  7. ENJOY!
