Method
- Heat skillet to medium and add in butter to melt
- peel and slice apples (do this before hand to save some time)
- Add apples to the melted butter
- Add in sugar and cinnamon
- Stir gently being sure to coat the apples well in sugar mixture
- Turn heat down to keep from burning but not so low that the apples won't cook
- Stir frequently and keeping an eye in sugar
- When apples are soft and cooked through serve over favorite meal warm or eat alone
